EASY CHILI RECIPE | The Best Turkey Chili | One-Pot Meal

There aren’t too many things better than a big warm bowl of homemade chili! This Easy Chili Recipe is full of flavor from the warm spices mixed with hearty vegetables and lots of ground turkey meat (or any meat of your choice). It’s perfect almost anytime of the year, it comes together really quickly and honestly is just the perfect one-pot meal!

CHILI INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground turkey
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 14.5oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 10oz can diced tomatoes & green chilis, like Rotel (or a small can of just green chilis)
1 15oz can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 cups broth, I used chicken broth

*Tip – if you don’t want it too spicy, use Mild Rotel instead of Original.
