1 tbs olive oil
1 lb lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c beef stock
1 (8 oz or half of 16 oz) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz) can black beans, drained
1 (8 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, drained
2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp hot sauce, optional
Sea salt salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c corn chips
