HOW TO MAKE KETO CHILI | Delicious Low Carb – KETO Chili Recipe | KETO CHILI

Hey Guys!

It’s getting a bit CHILI out there and i have the best remedy for that!
Let’s make some comfort food = KETO CHILI

INGREDIETNS

1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt to taste
1 tbsp erythritol
2 celery sticks
1/4 onion
1 green pepper
4 bacon strips
1 tomato can
1 tbsp olive oil
1 can of black soy beans

INSTRUCTIONS

-Finely chop onion, garlic and celery
-Cut peppers and bacon into medium cubes
-On medium heat preheat your pot with about a tablespoon of olive oil
-Cook garlic and onion for 3 minutes
-Add the rest of your vegetables and cook for about 7-10 mins
-Add bacon and cook until bacon is completely cooked
-Add ground beef and stir all together
-Once beef starts to cook separate the meat so you don’t have big chunks
-Add Spices and mix all together
-Rinse your beans to remove the gooey paste that comes with the can
-Add your rinsed beans into the chili and mix all together
-Add the full can of tomatoes and mix while also trying to squish your tomatoes
-Add erythritol and franks hot sauce
-Taste to check spiciness and flavour
-Cover your pot and let it cook for 30-45 mins
-Once chili is cooked transfer it to a bowl and add your toppings which are sour cream and chives
