How to make homemade BEEF CHILI Delicious Award Winning Recipe No Beans Keto Friendly LOW Carb

Welcome to my channel. Today I am sharing my Beef Chili recipe. I make it without beans to be Keto friendly. If you love beans add a couple of cans.

In this video I made a double batch, watch to the end where I split and freeze for quick and easy dinner on those busy days you don’t have time to cook.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 15-oz can diced tomatoes
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 4-oz can green chilies
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add some olive oil and beef to a large pan and cook over a medium high heat breaking up the beef with a spatula as it cooks. Cook the meat till nicely browned.

2. In another pan over a medium high heat add some olive oil, the chopped onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until softened.

3. Add the onion mix to the browned beef, stir.

4. Add all the other ingredients, stir.

5. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for two hours.

6. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar, as desired.
