HEALTHY WHITE BEAN CHICKEN CHILI RECIPE
I love this healthy white bean chicken chili recipe. Its so easy to make and it is packed with flavor. I love the flavor that the tomatillo salsa adds to this chili. You can make this white bean chicken chili with chopped up chicken breasts or ground chicken breast. Either option will turn out delicious. I hope you enjoy this white bean chicken chili as much as we do. Packed with flavor it is healthy dinner and enough left over for meal prep.

RECIPE WHITE BEAN CHICKEN CHILI
• LIGHTLY SPRAY A NON STICK PAN WITH OLIVE OIL AFTER THE PAN HAS HEATED UP
• ADD IN AND SAUTE ONE CHOPPED WHITE ONION OR SWEET ONION
• ADD 1 LB OF GROUND CHICKEN BREAST OR 2 CHICKEN BREASTS CUT INTO SAME SIZE * CUBE PIECES.
• LIGHTLY SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER BOTH DISES.
* CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL BROWNED AND COOKED THROUGH.
• POUR MIXTURE INTO A LARGE STOCK POT OR SLOW COOKER/ INSTANT POT
• ADD IN 16 OZ OF FROZEN CORN OR I CAN OF CORN
• 2 CANS OF GREAT NORTHERN WHITE BEANS
• 16OZ OF TOMATILLO SALSA
• 1 QT OF CHICKEN STOCK
• 1 TSP CUMIN
• 1 TSP OREGANO
• 1 TSP CORIANDER
• USING AN INSTANT POT ON SLOW COOKER MODE OR SLOW COOKER COOK ON NORMAL FOR 30 MIN -2 HOURS DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU ARE READY TO EAT. SLOW SIMMER IN YOUR STOCK POT WITH LID ON UNTIL READY TO EAT
• TOP WITH FRESH CILANTRO AND A SQUEEZE OF FRESH LIME WEDGE OVER TOP AND ENJOY!
