Hey guys, Fithackster here back again with another video. In today’s video, I will.be showing you a chili Meal prep recipe that is easy, high in protein, and delicious. I got the inspiration for this recipe off of bodybuilding.com.
For this recipe, you will need:
2lbs Extra Lean Ground Turkey
½ cup of chopped onions
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
8oz of diced green chilis
15oz red kidney beans
15oz black beans
14.5oz diced tomatoes
1tbsp chili powder
2tbsp white vinegar
3tbsp yellow mustard
2tsp cumin
1tsp salt
2tsp adobo sauce (optional)
1. Chop up about ½ an onion
2. In a large pot heated to high heat, add the onions, meat, and garlic powder, and cook the turkey until no longer pink
3. Next, drain the beans, and add the beans, green chiles, diced tomatoes and the rest of the spices into the pot
4. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to a summer for about 10 minutes
Once done, let cool and begin to prep in meal prep containers
5. Enjoy!
