Ep. 3 Low Carb Chili – SeeFood Kitchen

I guarantee that you will LOVE this chili recipe! it is so quick and easy and tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:
2 pounds of Ground Turkey (or ground beef)
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Jalapeño
2 Garlic Cloves
1 (10 oz.) can of Tomato Sauce
1 (15 oz.) can of Tomato with Green Chiles
32 Oz of Beef Broth
1 small can of Tomato Paste
1 Tsp. Chili Power
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Cumin
Salt & Pepper (To Taste)

You’ll start by browning your meat on medium high heat, stirring occasionally. After the meat has fully cooked, drain and add it back into your pot. Turn the heat to a medium high heat again and add Tomato Sauce, Tomatoes with green chilies, and tomato paste. Stir. Add the bell pepper, jalapeño, spices, and minced garlic. After you have mixed all of these ingredients, add the Beef Broth and give it a final stir. Continue to cook on Medium High heat for 30 min, or until desired thickness. Stirring Occasionally. TOPPINGS: Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Jalapeños, Avocado, Green Onion.
