Chili is perfect for chilly weather, and according to linguistic historians that’s exactly how it got the name! (Don’t quote me on this, I was a fine arts major.)
This much is indisputable: the only thing better than chili on a cold day is chili that’s quick and easy to make—right in your Instant Pot or generic-brand pressure cooker. (That’s not true, either. You could convince one of your friends or loved ones to make this for you, then you won’t have to lift a finger until it’s carrying a fork!)
