Chili recipe w/Bionixx

How to make a delicious chili, and how to make variations to mix things up! So easy and lots of options for different diets:)

-1lb ground chicken is what I used here, but you can switch that up (extra lean ground beef, ground turkey, just beans for protein option, tofu, Tempah, etc.)

-Cut up a bunch of different veggies trying to get a rainbow of colours. I used yellow, orange, and red bell peppers, Bok Choy, celery, and diced tomatoes.

-Heat up the crock pot/slow cooker while doing a quick Sautee of the meat to cook it through but not over cook it. So use a higher heat and consistently mixing it around to “brown the meat”. Basically make sure there’s no pink then take it off the heat and its ready for the crock pot/slow cooker.

-First put your crushed tomatoes in then add in the meat and chopped up veggies. Add in your desired spices, mix it up and let it sit.

Spices I used here:
-minced garlic
-chili powder (LOTS!!)
-garlic salt
-salt
-pepper
-dash of Hickory smoke
