Today I made mexican chili for freezer cooking for the holidays. Let’s make the holidays less stressful and plan ahead. Why not have a few meals in the freezer for those crazy days and nights so we don’t have to stress.
So let’s do this shall we!

Recipe: ( please adjust the seasonings to your taste but here is my base ingredents)

1 500 ml of black beans, kidney beans, great northern beans(added after I had started filming)
1 1ltre of whole tomatoes and tomato sauce and water
2 llbs of fresh burger ( can use ground chicken its amazing as well)
1 500 ml black bean salsa ( optional)
2 cups frozen yellow corn
4tbsp chili powder
2tsp salt
2tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp dry mustard
Combine in a slow cooker or a stove on low heat and let simmer for many hours check the taste and adjust salt or chili powder. This is all up to you and your family tastes. this is just a guideline you make it yours.
