Pork Stir Fry with Green Chili Peppers
Ingredients:
200g Pork Tenderloin
10 pcs Fresh Green Chili Peppers
6 cloves Garlic
4 stalks Scallions
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil (we will not intake all of them)
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chicken Granules
Marinating Ingredients:
1 medium Egg, (Egg white only)
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cooking Wine (Shaoxing Wine)
