Welcome back to my kitchen for chili with a twist! In this video, I am showing you another family favorite recipe.
CREAM CHEESE CRACK CHICKEN CHILI
INGREDIENTS:
2 Chicken breast (I use 6-8 chicken breast tenderloin, cubed)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1, 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 package Ranch dressing mix
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
1/2 cup water
1, 8 oz package of cream cheese
Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese. Once all ingredients are mixed, put your cream cheese on top (I cut mine in cubes and added to the top). Cook on low for 6-8 hours, then stir. ( Can be cooked at a higher temp and be ready in 4 ish hours)
Can be served over nacho chips or not. We garnish with shredded cheese, green onion, and sour cream.
