Written recipe in English

Ingredients:

*for chicken*
Chicken 1/2 kg
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Food color (optional) 1/4 tsp

*for chili garlic sauce*
Garlic cloves 5
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp

*for dry chicken chili*
Ginger julienne 4 tbsp (40gm)
Green chilies 7 to 8
Spring onion’s white part 1/2 cup julienne
Onion julienne 1
Capsicum julienne 1 cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chinese salt/chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Method :

*for chicken*
-in a big bowl Add chicken, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, egg, cornflour, food coloring and black pepper powder
-mix it well & marinate it for 30 minutes
-after 30 minutes fry it until crispy and keep it aside

*for chili garlic sauce*
-in a pan add oil & garlic
-fry the garlic until aromatic or brown
-then add chili flakes, soy sauce and ketchup
-mix well
-now add 1/4 cup water & cook over high flame until the sauce is thickened
-take it out in a bowl and keep it aside

*for dry chicken chili*
-in a woke add oil, chilies and ginger
-fry it for about 5to7 minutes
-then add onion sauté a little & add chili garlic sauce to it
-mix well
-now add chicken and ketchup, mix a little
-now add soy sauce, salt, Chinese salt /chicken powder & black pepper powder mix
-add spring onion & capsicum
-mix a little
-add butter and turn off the flame
-cover the woke for 2 to 5 minutes & serve with egg fried rice
