In this video I’m making my easy, simple and delicious keto chili. This is a great keto food dish for this time of year. It’s full of fats, protein and some carbs. I eat this dish with cornbread, however, I’m going to make some keto crackers to eat with this dish also. Keto chili is one of my favorite dishes during the fall and winter and I make it often and keep in the refrigerator for a quick keto meal. This keto dish is a keto meal in itself, just add condiments of choice and enjoy.
