Welcome back foodies! This week, we visit one of my cheap go-to meals for the fall/winter. Actually, I eat this all the time. It’s great for meal prep, which is just cooking one meal that you can reheat quickly for days after.
The 3 bean chili as we make it here is actually Vegan and Gluten free but you can add 99% lean ground turkey, cheese (vegan or otherwise) or even a bit of sour cream.
This entire thing will only cost you about $10 to make 8 servings! Save that money, keep that flavor, ya dig!
