Easy Protein Packed Veggie Chili Recipe!

1 large onion chopped (I prefer purple- you choose your favorite onion- this was one cup in the video)
3 garlic cloves diced
1 tsp of cumin
2 tbsp of oregano
1 tbsp of chili powder (choose how much to use based on your spice level!)
¼ tsp of cayenne
(Jalapeno peppers optional & diced)
3 cups of kale chopped
2 large yellow bell peppers chopped (mine was measured at 2cups in the video)
3 28-ounce cans of whole or diced tomatoes
3 15-ounce cans of your favorite beans (in the video I used black beans, northern white beans and garbanzo beans)

This chili does well in the freezer for up to 6 months!
