Best Ever Cowboy Chili!

This is my version of cowboy chili, which has a different taste. Really robust in flavor and milder than very hot chili. But if you’re a serious chili head then add more heat to this recipe!

Here are the ingredients:

3 LBS of 85% lean ground beef
Chili powder 1/3 cup
Fresh or jarred minced garlic 8 cloves
4 large jalapeños diced with some seeds
1 large green bell pepper diced
2 large onions diced
Ancho chili powder 1 tsp.
Smoked paprika 1 tbsp.
Cumin 2 tbsp.
Onion powder 1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper 2 tbsp or more if you want
2 packs brown gravy mix
Liquid aminos or soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Red wine vinegar 2 tbsp.
2 Large soft chicken bouillon cubes, like Knorr
1 Can of Red Gold Chili Starter or Rotel
1 Large can pinto beans
1 Can of red kidney beans
1 Can of white kidney beans
1 scoop of sugar, erythritol, or sugar substitute of choice
