All that Goodness Chili

So today Miss CoriQueenBe is going to share a little piece of her soul with you!
Some of my favorite things in life are all natural remedies, you know those things you can’t see. Trust connection the natural essence of the growth process and the natural nutrition that our food our every day food provides as well.

You see in a world where there’s quick fixes and temporary relieves we have seriously been directed away from the natural food medicine that we have. Resulting in poor eating habits pour water intake and very low energy.

So today I wanted to share with you the all that goodness chili. It’s a recipe that me and my children adored and we ate the Shiznit out of it.

All that goodness Chili.
Recipe created by
Ms. Cori Barker

The things that you will need in the first pan we’re gonna start with
ground burger blessed 1 lb.
if you are vegan tofu ground works to.
Sprinkle that with some Parmesan cheese.
Tomato juice 46 OZ.
4 cups of water
Cut up 3 cups of carrots.
Two jalapeños( in this video I only had one so I used jar and one raw. ) Lol
My kids love the jar jalapeños as a treat!

In another pan we’re going to
add medium bowl of tomatoes (my favorite our vine tomatoes and cherry tomatoes)
as they warm they will be easier to smash and
dice
1 Onions
let our tomatoes and onions stew. And then smash
3 cups of mushrooms
Add
those in there on the top as well

Cut up 4 cups of spinach and set those to the side. We put them in the chili.

As the carrots sauce then we’re going to take out the hamburger jalapeños and carrots from the tomato sauce with the ladle and put them in the food processor grinding them down into a marinara sauce. Place that back in the pan of tomato juice base.

Then we are going to add our onions mushrooms tomatoes and cut up spinach
To the food processor and pulsate that for three for five times however long you feel comfortable. And then we’re going to add that to the tomato sauce. Let that simmer on a medium heat four..

And then I added 4 cups of water.
At this time I drained my beans and added stewed tomatoes. Add those to the mix and four more cups of water.

At this time I also added
cumin
chili powder
Himalayan pink
salt and pepper.

Allowing it all to simmer on low to medium heat.
