Today we are making the best winter comfort food! Chilli! I love preparing chilli in the colder months with cornbread alongside some sort of chips! perfect combo!
Jiffy Cornbread recommends only adding egg and milk, I’ve tried that before and it was too dry and bland for my liking so with some research I have found the perfect ingredients to add to the Jiffy mix to make it more moist and delicious!!
Recipe For 2 Box Of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
*2 boxes of cornbread mix
*2 eggs
*1 cup sour cream
*2/3 cup milk
*2 tbsp honey
* 1/2 cup of oil
Heat Oven To 400
Bake for 25 minutes
