Chili chicken dry with garlic rice is a yummy Chinese dish. We have made it simple and easy way for you to make at home in restaurant style. chicken boneless cut in 2 inches 500gm
For marination🔻
salt 1 tsp
crushed red chillies 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
soy sauce 1 Tbs
vinegar 1 Tbs
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
crushed green chillies 1 tsp
all purpose flour 2 Tbs
corn flour 1 Tbs
oil for deep frying.

green chillies 4 to 5 sliced

soy sauce 2 Tbs
Tomato ketchup 2 Tbs
hot sauce 1 Tbs

a little water (1 or 2 Tbs )

water to boil with 1 Tbs of salt
