Ingredients:
Chicken Marination:
Chicken (Cut in thin strips) 700 gms
Chili sauce 2 tbs
Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
Soy sauce 2 tbs
Lehsan Adrak paste (Garlic Ginger paste) 1 tsp
Kali Mirch (Black pepper) Powder 1 tsp
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
Corn flour 2 tbs
Anda (Egg) 1
For Green chilies Marination:
Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne cut 5-6
Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Oil for frying
For Dry Chili Chicken:
Oil 1 tbs
Lehsan Adrak paste (Garlic Ginger paste) 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbs
Kali Mirch (Black pepper) Powder 1 tsp
Fry Chicken
Chicken Powder 1 tsp
Green chilies
Directions:
In a bowl add chicken strips, chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, Garlic Ginger paste, Black pepper, Salt, Cornflour and Egg & mix well.
Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In another bowl add Green chilies, vinegar, and salt mix well and set aside.
Heat the oil and fry marinated chicken strips until turns light golden.
In a wok add oil, Garlic Ginger paste and fry for a minute.
Add Soy sauce, black pepper and mix well.
Add fried chicken, Chicken Powder mix well.
Add Green chilies, give it a good mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Dry chicken chili is ready, serve with rice!
