Bradley the Singing Chef's Three Bean and Beef Chili

Hey Y’all! Today is the coldest day we have had this year in Central Florida. So, I thought it was time to break out my favorite warm and comforting chili recipe! Little bit of heat and sweet makes this recipe fire on all cylinders for your taste buds! Packed with three kinds of beans, veggies and ground beef this chili is hearty and stands up as a main course. Makes great chili dogs and a layer of yum on some nachos too! INGREDIENTS:
Ground beef
2 cans pinto beans in chili sauce (drained)
2 cans black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cans dark red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
Large can whole peeled tomatoes (crushed by hand)
1-2 cups beef broth
2 bottles of beer (dark beer works best; add more broth or water if you want to substitute for the beer)
1 onion (diced)
1 orange bell pepper (diced)
1 poblano pepper (diced)
1 jalapeno pepper ( minced)
2-4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
Olive oil
Chili Powder
Cumin
Cayenne
Oregano
Sugar
Honey
Salt
Pepper
Shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro (for garnish)
