Ingredients to make Spicy Chilly Chicken
Chicken – 250 grams, ( wash well with salt and turmeric powder twice )
Chilly Powder – 1 TBSP
Pepper powder – 1 TBSP
Salt – 1 TBSP
Maida – 1 TBSP
Corn flour – 3 TBSP
Egg – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 TBSP
Mix well and deep fry till golden brown
Oil – 3 TBSP
chopped Garlic & ginger
Green chilly – 4 to 5
Chopped onion cubes – 1
Capsicum – 1
Soya sauce – 2 TBSP
Chilli sauce – 2 TBSP
Tomato Sauce – 2 TBSP
Salt – 1 TBSP
Corn flour + 2 TBSP water = slurry
Add required water,
Add chicken and Mix well
Your hot and spicy Chilli Chicken is ready to serve.
