You’ve seen our cornbread recipe last week, now we are showing you how we make our Three Bean Chili!
This recipe creates a LARGE portion — so it’s perfect for a meal prep or to have during a big family meal.
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
2 cups celery
2 cups carrot
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato paste
28 oz crushed tomatoes
28 oz water
3 garlic cloves – minced
Spices:
cumin
paprika
cayenne pepper
chili powder
garlic powder
pepper
sea salt
Method:
– Chop veggies and sauté until fragrant
– add crushed tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, and spices
– simmer for 45 minutes
