Healthy Crockpot White Bean Chicken Chili Recipe

Easy, Healthy Crockpot chicken chili recipe the whole family can enjoy. Perfect for the winter!

Ingredients:
1lb Chicken Breasts
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
24 oz Chicken Broth
2 15oz cans of Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
7oz can of Chopped Green Chilis
15oz can Whole Kernel Corn, drainedĀ 
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
3/4 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
4oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Half N Half

Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot and top with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne.Ā 
2. Next, add the onion, garlic, beans, green chilis, and corn. Give the ingredients a stir.Ā 
3. Add the chickenĀ broth.
4. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.Ā 
5. Remove the chicken and shred, then placeĀ the chicken back into the crock pot. Add the Cream cheese and half n half and stir.Ā 
6. Replace cover and cook on high for another 15 mins.Ā 
7. Stir, serve, and enjoy. Top with desired toppings: jalapenos, cheese, sour cream, etc.Ā
