Tays chili! Keto friendly

Don’t over complicate your chili!

We had some ground venison so used it. 3 lbs. You can also use ground beef.

Sauté 1 onion in about a Tbsp of olive oil w a little minced garlic.
When translucent add your meat.

When meat is cooked add 4Tbs of Cumin and 5 Tbs of Chili powder. Let simmer a few minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Add 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can of diced tomatoes.

Use the cans to measure 2 cans of chicken broth.

Let simmer for at least 30 minutes or more. Top with your choice of goodies… cheese, onions, sour cream etc….
