Makes 8 servings 1 1/2 cup per serving for 4 points
Chili Recipe :
– 2 tsp olive oil
– 1 white onion, chopped
-16 oz 93/7 lean ground beef
– 2 tsp chili powder
– 16 oz can of red kidney beans
– 16 oz can cannellini beans
– 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
– 28oz can crushed tomatoes
– 1 envelope of Mccormick chili powder
– 2 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend
– 2 cups bone broth
Chop white onion add into pot with 2tsp olive oil, add 1 tsp chili powder to the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add your ground beef into the pot, drain your beans and add into pot, along with all other ingredients and simmer for 30-35 minutes
