Ingredients:
For Mushroom baby corn frying
2 tblspon cornstarch
1 tablespoon plain flour
salt to taste
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 tblspon chili sauce
water as required
5-6 mushroom cut by 4
3-4 babycorn diamond shaped cut and boiled
oil for deep frying

For sauce
1 tblspon oil
1tblspon chopped garlic
½ teaspoon chopped ginger
3 green chili cut into diamond shaped
½ onion cubes cut
½ bell pepper cubes cut
2 tblspon Red chili sauce
1 tblspon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce (veg version)
salt to taste
1teaspoon white pepper powder
½ veg aromat powder (optiona)
1teaspoon tomato sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tblspon cornstarch slurry
handful spring onion
some fresh coriander chopped
Garnish with spring onion and fresh coriander
