Ingredients.
Momos sheet:
Flour 200gm
Corn starch 100gm
Water 125gm
Salt 5gm
Filling:
Onion 100gm
Carrot 50gm
Cabbage 200gm
Coriander 5gm
Salt 3gm
Chili sauce 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 5gm
Ajino moto (msg) a pinch
Method:
Start with momos sheet boil water and mix in flour mix add salt and kneed it with spatula for 3 min then start mixing with hand until smooth and soft dough. Wrap and keep aside.
Finely chop all vegetables and saute all together add ginger garlic paste and chili sauce and cook for 10 min season with salt and add coriander leaves.
Roll 10gm of dough balls in small sheets with rolling and shape with any desired shape. Steam momos for 7 min and serve any sauce or schezwan sauce.
