Ingredients:
-1 pound chopped beef round chuck.
-1 can rotel chili and tomato mix.
-1 can fire roasted tomatoes.
-1 box chili mix.
-1 tablespoon crushed chipotle pepper.
-1 tablespoon crushed red pepper.
-1/2 of a sweet white onion diced.
-1 cup beef stock.
-1 teaspoon liquid smoke.
