The prawn is cut into small pieces and mixed with spices, eggs and corn flour. It is then fried as small balls until crispy . Then it is tossed around in a combination of sauces including tomato, soya, fish and chili sauce.
Also to add more flavor you can add garlic, green chili and green onions.
