Easy Indian Spiced Baby Potatoes in Chili and Lemon – Video Recipe

INGREDIENTS for Easy Indian Spiced Baby Potatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
6 green curry leaves
1 to tsp coriander powder
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1tsp mustard seeds
10 to 15 small ‘baby’ potatoes – boiled in their skin, and peeled
Fresh cilantro for a garnish
