Ingredients:
1 kg crabs
10 pieces dried chilies ( adjust to your desired level of spiciness)
thumb-sized ginger
10 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon belachan ( you may skip this if not available)
1/2 cup tomato paste
3 tablespoons chili paste
1 teaspoon salt (as required)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch dilute with 1 tablespoon water
1 beaten egg
coriander leaves for garnishing
spring onions for garnishing
