Ingredients –
Corn flour (कॉर्नफ्लोर) – 1/3 cup
All-purpose flour (मैदा) – ½ cup
Red Chili powder (लाल मिर्च) – 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक) – ½ tbsp.
Water – 1 cup
Cauliflower (फूलगोभी)
Ginger (अदरक) finely chopped – 1 tsp
Garlic (लहसुन) – 3 to 4 cloves finely chopped
Chili sauce (चिली सॉस) – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce (टोमैटो सॉस) – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce (सोया सॉस) – 1 tbsp
Red Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – ½ tsp optional
Salt (नमक) – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) – 1 tsp
Coriander (धनिया) optional
