Today I prepared easy and tasty “CHILI CHICKEN” recipe. so let’s see how to cook tasty chicken recipe in easy way at home…
INGREDIENTS
1. Boneless chicken 400gm
2. Cornflower 1 cup
3. Egg 2 piece
4. Peyaaj (Onion cube size) 4piece
5. Simla mirch (Capsicum cube size) 1piece
6. Namak (Salt)
7. Lashoon (Garlic chopped) 1 Tees spoon
8. Soya sauce 1&1/2 tees spoon
9. Tomato sauce 2 table spoon
10. Vinegar 1 tees spoon
11. Hara mirch (Green chili) 4 piece
12. Pani (water) 1 cup
13. Refined oil
14. Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tees spoon
15. Peyaaj patta (Spring onion) 1 table spoon
METHODS
1. Marinate the boneless chicken with salt according to taste, cornflower, egg and leave the chicken for 30 minutes in normal temperature.
2. After 30 minutes deep fry the marinated chicken pieces with golden brown and after deep fry shift to a plate.
3. Add some oil in another pan warm the oil and add chopped garlic fry it until the garlic become brown than add cubed capsicums pieces and saute fry. After saute fry add salt according to taste and mix it very well. After few minutes add cube size onion and add Kashmiri red chili powder and mix it. Fry onion until it become slight soft. After that add chopped spring onions and mix it very well.
4. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and fry it than add green chilli and mix it until sauce become fry. Than add cornflower mixture (take a bowl of water add 2 tees spoon cornflower and mix it) and mix it very well.
5. Add fried chicken and mix with gravy.
6. If any one want thick gravy so add water and mix it. After few minutes add vinegar and cover the pan and cook the chicken 15 minutes in low flame.
7. After 15 minutes shift the chicken to a serving bowl and garnish the recipe by chopped spring onion and serve it.
