• 2 lb beef mince (80/20)
• 2 cans Rotel
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 1 can black beans (rinsed)
• 1 can Bush’s Baked Maple Beans
• 1 large white onion
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 3 red chillies
• 1 tsp ground white pepper
• 150ml red wine
• 3 cloves smoked garlic
