Lentil Chili Ingredients and Measurements
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup lentils
1 white onion
1 orange bell pepper
2 carrots
5-7 cloves of garlic
1/2 jalepeno sliced
2 tablespoon tomato paste
4 cups or 1- 28 oz can of roasted diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 cups of water or broth
1 tablepoon cumin
1tablesoon oregano
1 tablespoon coriander
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon tumeric
2 teaspoons curry
1 teaspoon pink himalayan salt or salt to taste
2 tablespoons coconut oil
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
2 serrano peppers
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup red lentils
14 oz crushed tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
