Recipe for Chili Bean Soup
Ingredients:
Butter: 1tsp
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Onion: 1/4 cup
Grated garlic: 1 tbsp
Grated ginger: 1 tsp
All color chopped capsicum: 1/2 cup
Tomato puree: 1/2 cup
Boiled Rajma: 1/4 cup
Mashed boiled rajma: 1/4 cup
Salt per taste
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Tabasco sauce: 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup: 1 tsp
Water: as required
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and fry the chopped onion over a medium heat until tender. 2. Add the garlic,ginger,bell pepper and tomato puree, stirring for 1-2 mins until combined.
3. Add beans,salt,red chilli powder,tabasco sauce,tomato ketchup, water and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
4. Now add chilli flakes & bell pepper and mix it well & cook it for 1 minute.
5. Serve hot.
