Anchovies in Chili/ Sambal ikan bilis by Lady Zai

3/4 cup chili paste
1 big onion
3 pip garlic
1cm ginger
1 tablespoon prawn paste
1 tablespoon palm sugar
3/4 cup fried anchovies
2 tamarind pulp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

1. Blend the onion, garlic, ginger and shrimp paste.
2. Heat the oil, stir fry blended ingredients and chili paste until fragrant.
3. Then add sugar palm, anchovies and tamarind pulp.
4. Leave to cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.
5. Serve it with coconut milk rice.
