Chili Chicken:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Onions 2
Garlic 2 tsp
Green chilies 4
Capsicums 250 gm
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Red chilies (whole) 4
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Marinate boneless chicken with mustard paste, garlic and salt. Then heat oil and fry whole red chilies. Now add capsicums, onions and green chilies. Fry for a minute. Then add boneless chicken. Cover and cook well until the chicken gets tender. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper and salt. Mix well. Serve hot.
Garlic Butter Prawns :
Ingredients:
Jumbo prawns 1 packet
Tomato paste ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Salt ½ tsp
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Method:
Heat butter and fry jumbo prawns on high heat. Then also add garlic and mix well. Now add tomatoes, red chili flakes, chopped onion, crushed cumin, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Cook on a high flame. Once the water is dried add fresh coriander, tomato paste and lemon juice. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Chocolate Pizza:
Ingredients:
Cake mix 1 packet
Eggs 3
Oil ½ cup
Water 1 cup
For The Topping:
Cream 1 cup
Fruit Cocktail 1 cup
Cherries as required
Chocolate chips 1 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add eggs, cake mix, oil and water. Beat well. Then grease the baking tray and add the cake mixture. Bake it in an oven at 180 c for 30 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool. Now beat the cream and spread onto the cake evenly. Lastly add fruit cocktail, cherries and chocolate chips. Serve.
