Chili Dry Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless stripes 350g
-Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
-Vinegar 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
-All-purpose flour 1 tbs
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Egg 1
-Cooking oil for frying
-Water 1 Cup
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Black pepper powder ½ tsp
-Salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Red chilli powder ½ tsp or to taste
-Cornflour 1 ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbs
-Capsicum cubes 1 medium
-Onion cubes 1 medium

Directions:
-In a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, all-purpose flour, cornflour, egg & mix well, cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok, heat cooking oil, fry marinated chicken on medium flame until golden brown.
-In a bowl, add water, soy sauce, tomato ketchup ,hot sauce, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder, cornflour, mix well & set aside.
-In a wok, add cooking oil, garlic ginger paste , capsicum & sautƩ for a minute.
-Add onion & mix well for 1 minute.
-Add prepared sauce, mix well and cook until sauce is thick & mix continuously.
-Now add fried chicken & mix well.
-Now serve with rice.
