Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen or fresh bell peppers and onions
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of black beans or kidney beans
2 handfuls of spinach
Ms. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
Salt
1 chili packet
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
