its easy healthy and simple recipe
vegan Thai chili tofu(ćć ć¤ć ććŖč±č

– [ ] 3 tsp tom yum paste(@chefschoicefoods)
freaking delicious its vegan too
– [ ] 1 tsp soy sauce
– [ ] 2 tsp vinegar
– [ ] salt to taste
– [ ] 1 tsp black pepper
– [ ] 1 onion sliced
– [ ] 1/2 cup red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper
– [ ] 1/2 cup broccoli
– [ ] 200 grams firm tofu
– [ ] 1 tsp corn starch
– [ ] 3 tsp oil
– [ ] 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
marinating tofu
cut firm tofu to cubes, in a large bowl add tofu, 1 tsp vegan tom yum paste @chefschoicefoods
add salt,oil, black pepper and corn starch mix well and marinate for 30 minutes until golden brown
bake it for 20 minutes on 200 degrees
for Thai chili tofu
heat 2 tsp oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste sautƩ until smells good
add onion , bell peppers ,broccoli sautƩ on high flame till they are slightly cooked , once veggies are cooked add soy sauce, tom yum paste vinegar and salt stir and add baked tofu
garnish with sesame and green onion
serve it with hot rice
