This is a good pickled jalapeno recipe, fresh jalapenos can either be a medium-heat or mild pepper. If you’re pickling fresh jalapenos at home, note that the pickling process will slightly reduce the heat of fresh peppers. There is a difference in he texture of the pickled jalapeno pepper as well.

How To Pickle Jalapenos? I really love pickled jalapenos and carrots too.
Pickled Jalapeno – Chili Peppers
Ingredients:
10-12 whole jalapenos
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
6 whole garlic (smashed)
1/2 onion (sliced)
1 cup water
1 cup white vinegar
Directions: (Checkout Ray Mack’s Kitchen and Grill on YOUTUBE)
0:00 – ingredients
0:19 – Add all of your ingredients except for the jalapenos.
0:49 – Bring to a boil. Add jalapenos, Stir, and remove from heat.
1:27 – Let sit for at least 20 minutes then use tongs to remove the jalapenos from the pot to a jar; cover it with the liquid from the pot filling the jar.
2:06 – Store in the fridge for up to 6 months.
