Here’s my list of ingredients for this chili, makes 8 quarts.
2 cans each:
-Cannelli beans
-Navy beans
-Great Northern beans
-Pinto beans
-Dark Red Kidney beans
-Mild Rotel
4 cans (10 oz) Red Enchilada Sauce
3 pounds Ground Beef
1 pound Bacon
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
6 Large Tomatoes
Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning (to taste)
(Roughly 6 Tablespoons IN the chili, season meat ball liberally)
