Best Dang Chili!

What You Need:

4 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 Anaheim chile pepper, chopped (optional! I leave this out)
2 Red Jalepeno pepper, chopped (optional! I leave this out)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2.5 pounds lean ground beef
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch garlic powder
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle light beer
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chipotle pepper sauce (this took me awhile to find, you can leave out if you don’t have any)
2.5 teaspoons of dried basil
1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
.5 (1/2) teaspoon dried oregano
.5 (1/2) teaspoon ground black pepper
2 (16 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans

To Top off at End, these are optional:
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons cilantro
.5 (1/2) teaspoon ground cumin
