Beef Chili with Pinto Beans Recipe-
Ingredients:
3/4 lb. or 1/2 lb. of Ground Beef
2 Cups of Homemade Pinto Beans (can use 15 oz. Canned Pinto Beans or Ranch Style Beans Rinsed and Strained)
1 Garlic Clove Chopped or Minced
4 Slices of Green Bell Pepper
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Tbsp.Paprika
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
3 Cups of Water
How to Make your Chili:
Place Ground Beef into a pot set to medium high heat, use cooking spoon to stir meat separating meat into pieces, let cook for 5 minutes then add in Green Bell Pepper, stir and let cook for 2 minutes then add in minced Garlic Clove, let cook for 1 minute (do not let garlic burn, lower heat if too hot) then add Tomatoes Slices and place a lid, let cook for 2 minutes and then add in Pinto Beans and all Spices listed, stir to combine all ingredients together and add in 3 Cups of Water, stir together then place lid to cover and let simmer on medium to high heat for 35 to 40 minutes, stir occasionally until Chili begins to thicken to your liking, once chili has thickened, turn off the hit, and your Chili with Beans is ready to serve

Simple Frito Pie: Use 1 Cup of Corn Chips (Fritos) place into a bowl and pour 1 Cup of Your Chili with Beans on top, then Sprinkle 1/2 Cup of Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese on top and Enjoy
