Ingredients (makes 5 servings):
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 a white onion chopped
6 cloves of garlic minced
10oz can of Rotel
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of black soy beans
2 TBSP tomato paste
2 cups of vegetable stock
1 tsp Swerve granulated sweetener
1 package (339g) of Impossible Meat
