If you’re like me, you always wanted to make a simple bowl of chili con carne. But too often chefs over complicate things with different techniques, ingredients and pots. So after a bit of research, I have come up with a very simple and delicious recipe for classic chili. Sure, it my trigger the chili snobs, but no that’s what they get when they turn the task of making chili with ground beef into architectural engineering.
