This salad version is serving-up all the attributes such as; spice, crunch, mealy, sweetness, juiciness and freshness. It is a great side dish; because it is filling and certainly loaded with fresh herbs and veggies.

Ingredients:
1 cup Fresh American Corn (4 Corn Cobs)
½ no of each Red, Yellow & Green Capsicum
3 sprigs of Spring onion
Few sprigs of Parsley
3 sprigs of Garlic
½ no medium size of Onion
3 Tablespoon Cheese sauce
2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise (Veg)
1/2 Tea Spoon Salt for salad
1 Table spoon Salt for boiling Corn
1/2 Tea Spoon Crushed Pepper
1/2 Tea Spoon Chilli Flakes
Few Leaves of Iceberg Lettuce for Salad Base
8 -10 Fresh Green Pepper Corns (optional)
Pre-Preparation:
In a Pan, keep water for boiling and add salt.
Cut all vegies in small cubes.
Chop Onion, Fresh Garlic, Spring Onion and Parsley.
Once water starts boiling; add corn and boil corn for 3 mins and refresh with cold water.
Method:
In a bowl, add corn, cut vegetables and chopped herbs.
Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and toss gently.
Add spoonful of Cheese sauce and Mayonnaise and fold it lightly.
On a chilled plate, lay few leaves of Iceberg lettuce as base.
Transfer Tossed Corn Salad.
Sprinkle Chili flakes and Crushed Pepper on top.
Garnish it with Fresh Lush Green Parsley and Fresh-Green Peppercorns.
Tips:
If you are preparing this recipe for a group of people, use 1 Corn Cob per person.
As method of cooking Corn; You may also steam, sauté, char or Barbeque.
